what about sanitising?
We take sanitisation very seriously!
It’s about health and safety. Dog faeces can harbour harmful bacteria, parasites, and viruses that pose risks to both pets and humans.
In fact, most people don’t know that Dog poop may contain organisms like:
Salmonella and E. coli – harmful bacteria that can cause gastrointestinal issues in humans and animals.
Roundworms and hookworms – parasites that develop in faeces and pose significant health threats.
Parvovirus – a dangerous virus especially concerning for young puppies or unvaccinated dogs.
That’s why we sanitise everything before and soon after each job!
How do we sanitise?
3 steps:
1. We wear disposable gloves and shoe covers before entering your backyard and we dispose of it immediately after the job is done.
2. We use biodegradable bags to pick up all visible waste.
3. We apply a pet-safe Enzymatic Cleaner Disinfectant which breaks down organic materials and deodorizes the area. These are specifically designed not to harm pets or plants.
